You've learned the basics—now it's time to become a more confident Mah Jongg player.
Mahj 102 is designed for players who know the fundamentals of American Mah Jongg and are ready to improve their strategy and decision-making. In this interactive class, you'll learn how to evaluate the NMJL card more efficiently, recognize multiple hand possibilities, pivot when your hand changes, and make smarter decisions throughout the game.
Whether you've recently completed Mah Jongg for Beginners or have been playing for a while but still find yourself second-guessing your choices, this class will help you slow down, think strategically, and play with greater confidence.
In this class you'll learn:
• How to read the NMJL card more efficiently
• How to evaluate multiple hand options
• When and how to pivot to a stronger hand
• Charleston strategies that improve your odds
• Tips for making confident decisions throughout the game
This is a hands-on class filled with discussion, examples, and guided practice designed to help you enjoy the game even more.
Prerequisite: Participants should already know the basic rules of American Mah Jongg, including gameplay, the Charleston, and how to complete a winning hand.

If your seat is filled, you will receive a credit toward a future event. If an event or class is canceled by Mahj & More by Diana, a full refund will be issued; please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
