Mah Jongg For Beginners
Beginner group lessons aimed at introducing newcomers to the game and helping them play confidently with friends. Classes follow the National Mah Jongg League rules and are held with both evening and daytime options available. Come learn Mah Jongg in a welcoming stress free environment! All class materials will be provided. An NMJL is required and can be obtained for an additional fee of $15.

Mah Jongg 102
Ready to build on your Mah Jongg foundation? Mah Jongg 102 is designed for players who know the basics. This class focuses on understanding and interpreting the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) card while developing confidence with the Charleston—one of the most important and strategic aspects of the game. You'll learn how to evaluate potential hands, identify strong opportunities, make thoughtful tile selections, and use the Charleston to set yourself up for success.

Take your game to the next level with Mah Jongg 103! Designed for players who have completed Mahj 101 or already have a working knowledge of the game. This class will explore scoring methods, strategic decision-making, and key game concepts while reviewing commonly misunderstood rules and proper table etiquette. This class is especially beneficial for players interested in participating in leagues, tournaments, or other organized play.

Experience guided play designed for those who have completed lessons and wish to enhance their skills through more play time with instruction or simply need a refresher! Enjoy two-hour sessions in an intimate group setting with light refreshments at our Olathe location. A NMJL card is required, and sets are provided.
